General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory law, these general terms and conditions apply to all activities of RESICAST SRL. These general terms and conditions, as well as any specific conditions of RESICAST SRL, are deemed to be accepted by its buyers and suppliers, even if they are in contradiction with their own general or specific conditions.
ARTICLE 1 - PRICES
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs.
For all orders to a country other than Belgium, the customer is the importer of the product(s) concerned.
For all products shipped outside the European Union with the exception of customers from the United Kingdom, prices will be calculated excluding taxes on the invoice.
Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These fees and sums are independent of RESICAST SRL.
They will be the responsibility of the buyer and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the relevant authorities and bodies in their country.
We advise you to check with your local authorities about these import aspects. All orders are payable in Euros.
The products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the orders are placed.
The products remain the property of RESICAST SRL until full payment of the price.
RESICAST SRL reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a manifest error in the sale price.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the closed package.
ARTICLE 2 - ORDER
Exclusively on the Internet or by e-mail.
RESICAST SRL reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.A minimum order of €40 incl. VAT is required to confirm an order.
RESICAST SRL does not sell to professionals via its website.
ARTICLE 3 – VALIDATION
You declare that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before sending your order.
The validation of your order therefore constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
ARTICLE 4 - AVAILABILITY
Our references and their prices are valid as long as they are visible by having the status "IN STOCK" on the site, within the limit of available stocks.Information on the availability of the products is provided to you as an indication at the time of placing your order. Simultaneous orders or stock errors are always possible.
In the event of unavailability of the product after your order has been sent, RESICAST SRL will do its utmost to produce the reference(s) ordered.If you are unable to respond favourably to the order, you will be notified by email.
A refund will be made for products that could not be produced.
ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
As RESICAST SRL produces its references on request, normal shipping is made no later than 15 days after the order is placed.
The order will only be shipped after payment of the full amount – including shipping costs.
The products are delivered to the delivery address that the customer indicates during the ordering process.
Items are sent via Belgian Post.
You will receive by email the parcel number allowing you to track it on the post office website.
When you order several products at the same time and one of them is out of stock (not indicated on the website), RESICAST SRL will wait until all the ordered references are present before sending the package.
ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT
The payment of your purchases is made in cash by bank transfer or PayPal.
ARTICLE 7 - REFOUND
In case of cancellation of order, within 14 days, a refund will be made to your account (bank/PayPal).
ARTICLE 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the https://www.resicast.com site are reserved for intellectual property rights, whether in Belgium or in the rest of the world.
RESICAST SRL prohibits using, reproducing, displaying, disclosing, deleting, modifying the content of the site https://www.resicast.com in any way, without the express prior written permission of RESICAST SRL.
ARTICLE 9 - LIABILITY
The products offered comply with the Belgian legislation in force.
RESICAST SRL cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the products are delivered.
It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities about the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you plan to order.

ARTICLE 10 - APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES
This website is subject to Belgian law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. All disputes relating to this site fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mons.
The terms and conditions of sale are written in French and the French version is applicable.
The purpose of any translation is to facilitate the understanding of these conditions.
ARTICLE 11 - PERSONAL INFORMATION – PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is data that allows us to identify you as an individual.
This could include, for example, your name, address or telephone number.
On the other hand, anonymous data is not personal data, as it does not allow you to be identified. This may include, for example, statistics regarding the number of visitors to our web pages.
